SkateArchive is operated by Haselton Media Group LLC. We play videos that are hosted on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. We don’t host video files. Some videos are posted by our staff and some are submitted by members of the community.

Reporting a video

If you own the rights to a video on SkateArchive and want it taken down, send a notice to our copyright agent with:

  • your name and contact information
  • the work you own
  • the SkateArchive page where it appears
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
  • a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
  • your physical or electronic signature

We remove reported videos promptly and let the member who submitted it know.

Counter notices

If your submission was removed and you believe it was a mistake, reply to the removal email with a counter notice. We will restore the video if the law allows it.

Repeat infringers

Members who repeatedly submit videos they don’t have the right to share lose the ability to submit.
