Airwalk

Airwalk was started in San Diego in 1986 by George Yohn and became one of the biggest names in late-80s skateboarding, with bright, heavily padded shoes and a team that included Tony Hawk.

By the mid-90s the brand had moved into mainstream fashion and snowboarding, and its standing with skaters faded. Original 80s and early-90s Airwalks are now collector pieces.
