Street League 2015: From The Ground Up

In 2005, Rob Dyrdek opened the Kettering Skate Plaza in Kettering, OH. This skate plaza was the first-of-its-kind street plaza. Since then, twenty certified skate plazas have opened thanks to the work of Street League Foundation.

Established with the goal of increasing skateboarding participation and awareness, the Street League Skateboarding Foundation continues to create healthy, sustainable communities by promoting the benefits of skateboarding throughout the world.

Watch as SLSF Founder, Rob Drdek discusses the beginning, how the first-ever plaza came to be, and ongoing vision of the Foundation.

Stay tuned to streetleague.com as we devote an entire month to the SLS Foundation for the first-ever SLS Foundation Month.
